Be the first to know when we launch.
Last Updated: 20/07/2026
A few important notes based on your inputs, which I've built into
the policy:
- Because you use third-party AI models, I've included
mandatory disclosures on prompt/context data handling and
automated processing.
- Because you use cookies, I've
included a cookie consent section aligned with DPDP and GDPR
requirements (informed, granular, withdrawable).
- Because
you serve global customers, the policy covers DPDP Act 2023, GDPR,
and cross-border transfers.
- Since you have no DPO yet, I've
used a Grievance Officer / contact mechanism, which DPDP requires
you to publish regardless.
This Privacy Policy explains how MAST Studios ("we," "us," or
"our"), operator of the Storilab platform ("Storilab," "Platform,"
or "Service"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your
personal data when you use our services.
Storilab is a 100% AI-native platform that allows users to input a
context or idea and receive a complete finished output, across our
image, video, and utility sub-services.
By using Storilab, you agree to the practices described in this
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the
Platform.
MAST Studios is based in India and offers services to customers
globally. This Policy is designed to comply with India's Digital
Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the EU/UK General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable global
data protection laws.
This Policy applies to all users of Storilab worldwide. - Under
the DPDP Act, this Policy applies to the processing of digital
personal data of individuals in India, regardless of where the
processing occurs.
- Under the GDPR, this Policy applies where our Service is
accessible to users in the EU and UK, regardless of where MAST
Studios is headquartered.
As the entity that determines the purpose and manner of processing
your data, MAST Studios acts as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP
Act and a Data Controller under the GDPR.
We are committed to data minimization. We collect only the following categories of data:
(a) Demographic Data Limited demographic information you provide
or that is inferred (such as region/country, language preference,
and similar attributes) to operate and improve the Service.
(b) Cookies and Browsing Data We collect browsing information
through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8 (Cookies)
for details.
(c) User Inputs / Prompts and Context Data The context, ideas,
prompts, and any content you submit to generate outputs through
our image, video, and utility sub-services.
We do NOT collect payment card data directly. All payments are
processed by third-party payment providers (see Section 6). We do
not store your card or banking details.
We do NOT knowingly collect or process children's data. Storilab
is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not
knowingly process the personal data of children.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and deliver the Storilab Service and
generate your requested outputs;
- To manage your account and subscription (monthly or annual);
- To improve, troubleshoot, and secure the Platform;
- To communicate service-related information to you;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal Basis (GDPR): We process data on the basis of
(i) performance of a contract (delivering the Service you
subscribe to)
(ii) your consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies) and
(iii) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the
Service.
Legal Basis (DPDP Act): We process personal data based on your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under the Act.
Storilab relies on third-party AI models and service providers to
generate outputs.
- The context, prompts, and inputs
you submit may be transmitted to these third-party AI providers
strictly to generate your requested output.
- We select
providers that offer appropriate data protection safeguards. Where
feasible, we work with providers who do not use your inputs to
train their models; however, third-party AI providers operate
under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you
to review.
- Because our Service involves automated
processing to produce outputs, we want to be transparent about
this. Under GDPR Article 22, you have the right not to be subject
to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce
legal or similarly significant effects on you. Our AI outputs are
creative/content generation tools and are not used for such
decision-making about you.
We disclose these AI-specific practices — including how
prompts and user inputs are handled — in line with AI privacy
transparency expectations.
We share personal data only with:
- Third-party AI model providers — to generate your outputs
(see Section 5);
- Payment processors — to handle
subscription billing (they collect payment data directly under
their own privacy policies);
- Infrastructure, hosting, and
analytics providers — under appropriate data processing
agreements;
- Legal / regulatory authorities — where
required by law.
We enter into Data Processing
Agreements (DPAs) with our vendors as required under the DPDP Act
and GDPR.
We do not sell your personal data.
As we use global third-party AI models and infrastructure, your
data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your
own, including outside India and the EU/UK.
Where such transfers occur, we implement appropriate
safeguards and are transparent about these cross-border data
flows. For EU/UK users, transfers to non-EU vendors are conducted
using recognized transfer mechanisms.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential
functionality, analytics, and to improve your experience.
- Non-essential cookies (analytics, tracking) are
loaded only after you provide consent. - Our consent mechanism is
clear, informed, and granular, with easy opt-in and withdrawal
options. - Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and
reversible, and we maintain records of consent. - Under India's
DPDP Act, personal data collected through cookies falls within its
scope, and we align our cookie practices with the Act's consent
principles, including single-click withdrawal.
You can
manage or withdraw cookie preferences at any time through our
cookie settings.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Service, and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights:
Under the DPDP Act (India):
- Right to access
information about your personal data; - Right to correction and
erasure of your personal data; - Right to grievance redressal; -
Right to withdraw consent 2.
Under the GDPR (EU/UK):
- Right of access, rectification, and erasure; - Right to
restrict or object to processing; - Right to data portability; -
Right to withdraw consent; - Right to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority; - Rights relating to automated
decision-making.
To exercise any of these rights,
contact us at hello@maststudios.com.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security
measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized
access, alteration, or disclosure.
Breach
Notification: In the event of a personal data breach, we will
notify affected users and the relevant authorities in accordance
with applicable law, including the DPDP Act's requirements.
YStorilab is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect or process children's data. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
We have not yet appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer but
may do so in the future. In the meantime, all privacy queries,
requests, and complaints may be directed to our grievance contact:

We
will respond to and address grievances within the timelines
required under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material
changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. The
"Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision.
A
Few Notes and Recommendations:
1. Insert the "Last Updated"
date before publishing.
2. Cookie consent implementation:
DPDP is expected to require cookie consent in 22+ official Indian
languages with single-click withdrawal, phased through 2027. I
recommend a proper consent management tool that blocks
non-essential cookies until consent is given.
3. Third-party
AI provider terms: You should verify with each AI provider (e.g.,
whether they train on your inputs) and update Section 5 to match
reality, as this is a key AI transparency requirement 8.
4.
DPA with vendors: Ensure you have signed Data Processing
Agreements with your AI, hosting, and payment vendors 24.
5.
Payment data: Since your payment processor collects card data
directly, confirm you link to their privacy policy at checkout.
6. If you later appoint a DPO or get designated a
Significant Data Fiduciary, this Policy will need updating 2.
Would you like me to proceed next with the Terms &
Conditions? And for the Shipping Policy — since Storilab is a
purely digital AI service with no physical goods — would you like
me to reframe it as a "Service Delivery Policy" instead?

A few important design decisions built into this draft based on
your business and current law:
- Because Storilab provides tools that allow users to create
or modify AI-generated content, you likely fall within the scope
of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code)
Amendment Rules, 2026, which came into force on 20 February 2026.
These impose new due diligence obligations relating to
Synthetically Generated Information (SGI). I've included a
dedicated section for this.
- The Terms are structured as a
binding click-wrap agreement — the user must accept them to use
the Service.
- They align with the DPDP Act 2023 / DPDP
Rules 2025 framework, under which MAST Studios acts as a Data
Fiduciary.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement
between you ("you," "User," or "your") and MAST Studios ("MAST
Studios," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access
to and use of the Storilab platform, including all content,
functionality, and services offered through it (collectively, the
"Service").
By accessing, registering for, or using
Storilab — or by clicking to accept these Terms where that option
is made available — you accept and agree to be bound by and comply
with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated
herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must
not access or use the Service.
Storilab is a 100% AI-native platform that enables users to input
a context or idea and receive a complete, finished output. The
Service includes multiple sub-services across images, videos, and
utilities, all powered by artificial intelligence, including
third-party AI models.
We reserve the right to modify,
suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with
or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Storilab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Storilab is not intended for and may not be used by children.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or
deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Storilab is offered on a subscription basis, available on
monthly or annual plans.
- Subscription fees, billing
cycles, and features are described at the point of purchase.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment
providers. MAST Studios does not collect or store your payment
card details.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may
renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until
cancelled.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our
separate Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that
violates any applicable Indian or international law or regulation;
- To generate, upload, or distribute content that is
unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harmful, or that
constitutes contempt of court, incitement to an offence, or is
otherwise prohibited under applicable law;
- To create or
disseminate deepfakes, deceptive depictions, false records, child
sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any other unlawful synthetic
content;
- To infringe the intellectual property or privacy
rights of any third party;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized
access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its
infrastructure;
- To use automated means to abuse, scrape,
or overload the Service.
Because Storilab provides tools that allow users to create or
modify AI-generated content, both you and the Company have
responsibilities under India's IT (Intermediary Guidelines and
Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026, effective 20
February 2026.
- Content generated through Storilab
may constitute Synthetically Generated Information (SGI) —
including AI-generated text, images, audio, and audio-visual
content.
- We may apply labelling, traceability, or metadata
identifiers to AI-generated outputs as required under applicable
law.
- You are solely responsible for how you use, publish,
or distribute outputs generated through the Service, and for
ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
- You
must not use the Service to produce unlawful SGI. Where we receive
actual knowledge of unlawful content, we may be legally required
to remove or disable access to it within the timelines prescribed
by law (as short as 3 hours for certain categories of unlawful
information).
- We reserve the right to remove content,
suspend or terminate accounts, disclose the identity of violators,
and initiate action in accordance with legal obligations.
-
We will periodically inform users about the implications of
hosting or generating unlawful SGI, as required under the SGI
Rules.
- Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the context, ideas, and
prompts you submit ("Inputs"), subject to the rights you grant
below.
- Your Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these
Terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted rights to
use the outputs generated for you ("Outputs"), subject to the
terms of the underlying third-party AI providers.
- License
to us: You grant MAST Studios a limited license to process,
transmit, and use your Inputs and Outputs as necessary to operate,
provide, secure, and improve the Service, including transmitting
Inputs to third-party AI providers.
- You represent and
warrant that you have all necessary rights to your Inputs and that
they do not violate any law or third-party rights.
- All rights, title, and interest in the Storilab platform,
including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and
underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to MAST Studios.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use MAST
Studios' name, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
- The nature of AI-generated content and its intellectual
property status may vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible
for verifying your rights before commercial use of Outputs.
The Service relies on third-party AI models, providers, and infrastructure. Your Inputs may be transmitted to these providers to generate Outputs. Such third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and MAST Studios is not responsible for their acts or omissions. We encourage you to review their terms where applicable.
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis,
without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Because Outputs are generated by AI, we do not warrant
that Outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, non-infringing,
or fit for any particular purpose.
- You acknowledge that
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or
unexpected results, and you use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MAST Studios
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the
Service.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or
relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us
in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAST Studios and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of India.
- Subject to applicable law, the courts at
Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction over any
disputes.
- Disputes may be referred to arbitration or
resolved through the applicable legal process, and users may
enforce these Terms through legal means where they can demonstrate
actual harm from a breach.
In compliance with applicable Indian law, including the IT Rules
and the DPDP Act, complaints and grievances may be directed to our
grievance contact. We will acknowledge and address grievances
within the timelines prescribed under applicable law, and users
may escalate matters through the applicable Grievance Appellate
mechanism where relevant.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other
policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire
agreement between you and MAST Studios regarding the Service.
Important Notes and Recommendations
1. Insert the "Last Updated" date before publishing.
2. Intermediary status — get legal confirmation: Whether
Storilab is formally classified as an "intermediary" (and whether
the SGI due diligence obligations fully apply to you) depends on
how your platform functions. Because you provide tools to
create/modify AI-generated content, the 2026 SGI Rules are highly
likely relevant. I strongly recommend having an Indian lawyer
confirm your classification and the exact labelling/traceability
obligations.
3. SGI labelling implementation: The Rules
mandate labelling and traceability of AI-generated content. You
will need a technical mechanism (e.g., visible labels or embedded
metadata) on your Outputs to comply.
4. Grievance Officer:
The IT Rules typically require a named Grievance Officer with
published contact details and defined response timelines. Since
you don't have a DPO/dedicated officer yet, consider naming a
responsible person here before launch.
5. Third-party AI
terms: Section 10 should be checked against the actual terms of
your AI providers, especially regarding ownership of Outputs and
commercial use rights, which vary by provider.
6. This is a
template, not legal advice — please have it reviewed by a
qualified Indian lawyer before publishing.

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms that
apply to subscriptions purchased for Storilab, an AI-native
platform operated by MAST Studios ("MAST Studios," "we," "us," or
"our").
Storilab provides digital, AI-powered services across images,
videos, and utilities. Since access to these services is provided
digitally and may be used immediately after purchase, refund
eligibility is subject to the conditions below.
By purchasing a Storilab subscription, you agree to this Refund
Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Storilab may offer monthly and annual subscription plans. The
applicable price, billing period, features, usage limits, taxes,
and renewal terms will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew
automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the
subscription or billing section of your Storilab account. If
account-based cancellation is unavailable, you may contact us at
hello@maststudios.com.
Cancellation stops future
renewals. You will normally continue to have access to the paid
Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling a
subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for
the current or any previous billing period.
To avoid
the next renewal charge, you must cancel before the renewal is
processed. Your bank or payment provider may also send a pre-debit
notification where required under applicable payment rules.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in
this Policy, subscription payments are non-refundable once:
- your Storilab subscription has been activated;
- you have used the Service, generated an output, or consumed any
part of the benefits included in your plan; or
- the relevant billing period has begun.
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used
billing periods, unused subscription time, or unused plan benefits
after cancellation, unless required by applicable law.
We may issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
(a) Duplicate Charge
You were charged more than once for the same subscription and
billing period.
(b) Charge After Cancellation
You cancelled your subscription
before the applicable renewal deadline, but a renewal charge was
processed due to an error attributable to Storilab or its payment
system.
(c) Subscription Not Activated
Payment was successfully completed, but your paid subscription was
not activated and we were unable to restore access within a
reasonable period after you reported the issue.
(d) Material Service Failure
A verified technical failure attributable to Storilab prevented
you from accessing the paid Service for a substantial part of the
billing period, and we were unable to provide a reasonable fix,
replacement access, service credit, or other suitable remedy.
(e) Accidental Purchase
We may consider a refund
request submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the initial
purchase if the Service has not been used, no output has been
generated, and no subscription benefit has been consumed. Approval
is not automatic and will depend on the circumstances and
applicable law.
(f) Legal Requirement
A refund or withdrawal right is required under the mandatory
consumer-protection law applicable to you.
Unless required by law, refunds will not be provided where:
- you changed your mind after using the Service;
- you forgot to cancel before a renewal date;
- you no longer need the Service or did not use the subscription;
- you purchased the wrong plan but used any part of it;
- you are dissatisfied only because an AI-generated output did not
match a subjective preference or expectation;
- an output contains an error, variation, or unexpected result
inherent to generative AI, unless the Service materially failed to
perform as described;
- the issue was caused by your device, browser, internet
connection, third-party software, inaccurate input, or failure to
follow provided requirements;
- access was restricted or
terminated because you breached our Terms & Conditions or
applicable law;
- a promotional, discounted, trial, or
specially priced plan was expressly identified as non-refundable
at checkout; or
- the request relates to unused time or benefits remaining after
cancellation.
Storilab uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI
models. AI-generated outputs may vary even when similar inputs are
used and may contain inaccuracies, unexpected elements, or results
that require user review or editing.
A refund will not
normally be issued solely because an output does not meet a user's
personal or creative preference. However, if a technical error
prevents the Service from generating or delivering an output while
still deducting a paid usage entitlement, we may restore the
affected entitlement, regenerate the output, provide a service
credit, or issue a refund where appropriate.
If Storilab offers a free trial, the trial duration and conversion
terms will be shown when you sign up. Where a trial automatically
converts into a paid subscription, you must cancel before the
trial ends to avoid being charged.
Promotional
discounts, coupons, referral benefits, service credits, and
complimentary access have no cash value and are not refundable or
redeemable for money, except where required by law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer right that
cannot legally be excluded.
Customers in certain countries may have a statutory cooling-off or
withdrawal right for online subscriptions or digital services.
That right may be reduced or lost where the customer expressly
requests immediate access or performance and acknowledges the
legal effect of doing so. Where such laws apply, Storilab will
honour the applicable statutory right and any refund due under it.
To request a refund, email hello@maststudios.com from the email
address linked to your Storilab account and include:
- your full name;
- registered account email address;
- subscription plan;
- payment date and amount;
- transaction or invoice reference;
- reason for the
request; and
- any relevant screenshot or supporting information.
Requests should be made promptly after you notice the charge or
issue. The seven-day period in Section 5(e) applies specifically
to accidental-purchase requests and does not limit any longer
period required by applicable law.
We will normally review a complete refund request within seven (7)
business days. We may request additional information to verify the
account, payment, usage, or technical issue.
If approved, the refund will normally be returned to the original
payment method. After we initiate it, the amount may take
approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days to appear,
depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, currency,
and country.
Payment-processing fees, currency-conversion charges, and taxes
will be handled according to applicable law and the rules of the
relevant payment provider.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so
we can investigate and attempt to resolve it. Filing a chargeback
does not expand refund eligibility under this Policy, but nothing
in this section restricts any right you have under applicable law
or the rules of your payment provider.
We may suspend the affected account while a chargeback, reversal,
or payment dispute is under review.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other appropriate means. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated "Last Updated" date and will not reduce any mandatory right that already applies to a completed purchase.
For cancellation, billing, or refund-related questions, contact:

Website implementation note: Before publishing, MAST Studios
should confirm the seven-day accidental-purchase window, the exact
in-account cancellation path, whether subscriptions renew
automatically, and whether Storilab uses credits or another usage
allowance. The checkout flow should clearly show the renewal terms
and obtain any consent or acknowledgement required before
immediate supply of digital services. This draft should be
reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy explains how
subscriptions, platform access, and AI-generated services are
delivered through Storilab, an AI-native platform operated by MAST
Studios ("MAST Studios," "we," "us," or "our").
Storilab provides digital services across images,
videos, and utilities. We do not currently sell or ship physical
goods.
By purchasing or using a Storilab subscription,
you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions,
Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
All Storilab products and services are delivered electronically
through the Storilab platform. No physical item will be packed,
dispatched, couriered, or delivered to a postal address.
Accordingly:
- no physical shipping address is required for service delivery;
- no courier or postal tracking number will be issued;
- no domestic or international shipping charge will apply;
-
no customs duty or physical import charge will apply to delivery;
and
- estimated delivery dates used for physical products do not
apply.
Any billing address requested during payment is
collected by the third-party payment provider for payment
verification, invoicing, tax, or regulatory purposes and is not
used to ship a physical product.
Storilab services are delivered through one or more of the
following methods:
- activation of a paid subscription
on the user's Storilab account;
- online access to the
features included in the selected plan;
- allocation of the applicable usage limits or subscription
benefits;
- generation and display of AI-created outputs within the
Platform;
- availability of eligible outputs for online viewing or download;
and
- service-related confirmation or activation messages sent to the
user's registered email address.
The exact features, limits, output formats, and access period will
depend on the plan selected at the time of purchase.
A paid subscription is normally activated shortly after successful
payment confirmation from our payment provider.
In some cases, activation may take longer because of:
- payment authorisation or verification;
- delayed confirmation from the payment provider or issuing bank;
- account verification or security review;
- scheduled maintenance or an unexpected technical issue;
- incomplete or inaccurate account information; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A
payment shown as pending, failed, reversed, or declined is not
treated as a completed purchase. Access will be activated only
after we receive successful payment confirmation.
AI-generated outputs are delivered digitally within Storilab after
the user submits the required prompt, context, instructions, or
source material.
Generation time may vary depending
on:
- the selected image, video, or utility service;
- the length and complexity of the request;
- file size, format, resolution, or duration;
- system demand and processing queues;
- third-party AI model or infrastructure availability; and
- moderation, safety, or compliance checks.
Any
generation time displayed on the Platform is an estimate and not a
guaranteed delivery time unless expressly stated otherwise.
To receive and use Storilab services, you must:
-
maintain an active Storilab account;
- provide a valid and
accessible email address;
- use a supported device, browser,
and internet connection;
- complete payment successfully, where applicable;
- provide inputs in the supported file types and formats; and
- comply with our Terms & Conditions and acceptable-use
requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that
your account and contact information remain accurate. MAST Studios
is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information,
inaccessible email accounts, unsupported devices, inadequate
internet connectivity, or failure to meet stated technical
requirements.
Monthly and annual subscriptions provide access for the billing
period shown at checkout, subject to successful payment and
continued compliance with our Terms & Conditions.
Where automatic renewal applies, access will continue
into the next billing period after the renewal payment is
successfully processed. If a subscription is cancelled, access
will normally remain available until the end of the paid billing
period unless the account is suspended or terminated under our
Terms & Conditions.
Features, unused benefits, stored outputs, or account data may
become unavailable after a plan expires or an account is
terminated. Users should download any eligible outputs they wish
to retain before access ends.
Storilab relies on internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure,
payment providers, and third-party AI models. Temporary delays or
interruptions may occur because of maintenance, high demand,
provider outages, technical failures, security incidents, or
events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore access or
complete the affected delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we
may:
- retry the generation or delivery;
- restore an incorrectly deducted usage entitlement;
-
provide replacement access or a service credit; or
-
consider a refund under our Refund Policy.
A short delay or temporary interruption does not automatically
qualify for a refund.
If payment has been successfully completed but your subscription
has not been activated, or a paid output has not been delivered,
contact hello@maststudios.com from the email address connected to
your Storilab account.
Please include:
- your full name;
- registered account email address;
- selected subscription plan or service;
- payment date and
amount;
- transaction or invoice reference;
- a description of the issue; and
- any relevant screenshot
or error message.
We will review the issue and take an
appropriate corrective step. Refund eligibility, where applicable,
